Fifield Hall takes its name from Alfred Fifield who donated a great deal to create the opportunity for the Town Council to acquire this building. Fifield Hall is a popular venue for parties, concerts, quizzes, dance and fitness classes as well as being home to Coleshill Drama Group and Coleshill Operatic Society.
Fifield Hall is a popular and often economical choice for wedding receptions, the history and tradition of the building provides a wonderful setting, particularly for those seeking a rustic, vintage, ‘shabby-chic’ venue. For wedding receptions it is a requirement to book in conjunction with the Old Courtroom as a break-out facility (see separate page for details of this room).
Dimensions of the room: 18.6 m x 9.1 m (stage to back wall) and 17.1 m x 9.1 m (stage to main doors) plus Stage L 5.8 m x W 9.1 m Ceiling height 9.4m (minimum).
Facilities: electrical sockets, tables and chairs as standard. Projector and screen, raised stage, lighting room, green room (L 3.4 m x W 4.5 m) and performers’ changing rooms (subject to approval)

Town Hall, Old Court Room

Sit-down Meal Style Capacity : 35.
The Old Courtroom takes its name from the fact that the room was used in the past for court proceedings. The Old Court Room is a popular choice for meetings, staff training, fitness classes and is home to Coleshill’s Women’s Institute, Coleshill’s Women’s Federation and the local Senior Citizen’s Club.
Dimensions of the room: 14.8 m x 6.8 m.
A fully equipped Kitchen (details below) is also included within the hire price however the use of this must be agreed at the time of booking and is subject to availability.
Other facilities: Alcove area works well for provision of a bar. Piano available included with the booking fee. Electrical sockets provided.
Town Hall, Hudson Room
Lecture Style Capacity : 20.
Meeting Table Style Capacity : 12.
The Hudson Room is named after Father Hudson, one of the benefactors of the Town, who provided the care homes for it. The Hudson Room is a popular and affordable choice for smaller meetings. It is often used for Councillor surgeries, as an accessible room for the Coleshill Hub (based upstairs) and for private work meetings and training sessions for local businesses. Dimensions are: 5.2 m (into bay) x 4.2 m
Facilities include electrical sockets and white board.
Town Hall, additional booking features:
Serving hatch, worktop space, sink and drainer, gas cooker and hobs, fridge, hot water boiler, urns, crockery and cutlery available to Town Hall hirers at no additional charge however hirer must specify that kitchen is required at the time of booking in order to ensure availability.
Kitchen must be left as found, crockery must be washed, dried and put away, surfaces to be left clean and dry.

6 – 8 spaces in front of Town Hall. Additional free on street parking in Sumner Road.
