The Old Market Hall is the Council’s most historic building, with the Pillories outside, the picture collection downstairs and many historic items upstairs, including a framed copy of the King John agreed Market Charter for the town and a pictorial collection of the town’s history and development.
Bookings are possible for the private upstairs room and separately for the downstairs lobby area for smaller gatherings.A number of exercise classes, social groups and parties are booked in the upstairs room. The downstairs lobby lends itself to walk-in type events such as table-top displays or market sessions.
The Coleshill Civic Society is the keeper of most of the historic and heritage items and has its regular meetings in the building.
