However it is a criminal offence to have an out of control dog in public. The links below can be used for further information about what a ‘out of control dog’ is deemed to be.

/in News /by Coleshill AdminImportant – LM on behalf of HS2 – Hard shoulder closure along the M42 northbound between junctions 6 and 7 from Monday 2 August to Friday 6 August 2021
/in News /by Coleshill AdminGood afternoon neighbour,
Please find information below detailing a hard shoulder closure along the M42 being carried out by LM (Laing O’Rourke and J. Murphy & Sons) on behalf of HS2.
As part of our preparation works for future construction of the HS2 Interchange Station and railway route, we are undertaking roadside vegetation clearance in the area. To carry out our works safely, we will install traffic measures when necessary. Subject to obtaining the relevant consents, we will install a temporary, hard shoulder closure along the M42 northbound from 9.30am to 3.30pm between Monday 2 August to Friday 6 August between junctions 6 and 7. The map below shows the location of the hard shoulder closure in orange.
Please share this information with your employees, tenants and/or customers as required via your various communications channels. If you have any questions about our works promoted in this email, please contact Fiona Woolston by email at fwoolston@lm-jv.com.
Many thanks,
